Get fit with Latin spirit
Cuban Cardio is the fitness concept from professional trainer Lazaro Almenares, combining Latin music with high intensity interval training. We developed the logo and visual brand with Lazaro, with the aim of targeting fitness professionals for licensing the course.
Cuban Cues, Colourful Hues
We infused the fun and energy of the Cuban Cardio programme into the design, with a vivid colour palette and high contrast imagery.
As part of the project we designed and printed the Cuban Cardio training manual, a comprehensive course guide for instructors. Bold use of colour, charts and photography helped to rationalised the extensive content into an accessible format.
