Sprinkles Gelato had grown at a rapid pace in the south of England and had its eyes set on expanding its franchise operations around the rest of the UK. Starting as a small independent store, the founders didn't expect success to come so quickly.
Like with many small independent brands, design and marketing is not always appointed to an agency and typically handed over to a local designer or in-house. Although this can work in some cases when brands grow a different set of skills are needed to align the brand creatively and strategically.
The Design Factory worked with Sprinkles Gelato to design a more cohesive design system online and offline. We audited all their existing collateral and worked through every item one by one until there was cohesion between all the brand's touchpoints.
